Being Quiet

Extroverted...introverted....doesn't matter, being with yourself does require you to be quiet and listen to yourself. We have 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day. Being quiet does not mean your thoughts are quieted, rather it means you begin to notice them, pay attention to them, focus on what you want to cultivate and let those you do not want, float by.
