What is one thing I could start doing right now to increase my fulfillment and/or impact today? What would this look like or feel like to accomplish this one thing?
Consider doing some mindful breathing around what emerges for you, breathing in the word "Curiosity" and breathing out "Openness". Or you might focus on the word "Acceptance" or a different word that comes to you.
