When the sands of sadness tug at you, consider being curious and exploring what your sadness is telling you. Sadness can come to help us tease out and release outdated or hollow attachments to ideas, people or situations. Facing our sense of emptiness and moving through our pain honestly is healthy. Moving through our sadness can help us reconnect to our self and to rejuvenate. What no longer serves me? Maybe the dam will break, but maybe letting go would restore my flow?
